The brief introduction

  • Microbiology experiment is quite important. Students are expected to master the relative theoretical knowledge and integrete the theory and practice in experiments. Moreover, students should also have a deep perceptual recognition by observing, measuring the microbes, preparing culture medium and culturing microbe. Meanwhile, they are expected to understand the basic skills which are used in the manipulating of microbes.

Objective

  • Objectives------In this course students should master the basic skills in microbe laboratory, including the usage and principles of common instruments. Moreover, they should have the capacity of primarily dealing with problems.

  • The score of the lab depends on students’atendance, the capacity of self-operation, the behaviour of laboratory practice, the capacity of dealing with practical difficulties, the capacity of analyzing experiment results and the experiment reports.
